According to prison officials, death is believed to be a suicide after a court in Spain decided that McAfee could be extradited to the US to face allegations of tax evasion.
According to the Catalan Justice Department, the prison official found McAfee dead in his prison cell. Efforts to revive the entrepreneurs did not succeed and officials reported that all signs point to death as suicidal results.
